A close look at the big picture
Each home is complete and perfect in every way. Here you will find that a great deal of attention has gone into handcrafting your world. Open spaces inside the home lead and flow into each other creating a perfect environ for the whole family to relax and enjoy each other's company. If there's a certain personal touch that you would like to add, go ahead, we welcome your participation in designing your perfect second home.

The fully fitted kitchens are a delight and make for an entertaining family experience. Each lodge also contains a utility room. The bathrooms are fitted and you will be thrilled with the log burner in the lounge that makes for cozy nights in. A spacious covered veranda is another plus and gives you ample room for spring and summer barbeques and for rest and relaxation. The doors and windows are all double glazed with integral security locks, whilst the attractive timber lends itself to low maintenance and no need for decorating.








Roof structure is purlin construction notched into internal/external walls. Internal ceilings are planed T&G red Pine/Spruce match boarding.

Rafters/purlins treated to the same specification as wall logs, Proctor Roof-shield breathing system 100 mm of PC10 insulation board. This is standard when roofing with Decra Tiling system.

Conforms to fire resistant F30

Floors are on 45x45mm floor joists. Floor cavities are fully insulated with PE foil the floor covering is with 28mm Pine floorboards as standard

Doors and windows are German design of glued pine. Windows have sealed panes with a U-Value = 1.6 W/m2k. All windows are supplied with all furniture

All heating, plumbing and electrical work will be undertaken to the highest standards by CORGI and NICEIC engineers

All materials used are of the highest specifications and conform to building regulations Full gas-fired central heating system as standard **

Energy Tests
During the three-week spring heating period, the log building used 46% less heating energy than the insulated wood frame building. During the eleven-week summer cooling period, the log building used 24% less cooling energy than the insulated wood frame building.

** For an additional cost, the entire lodge can have state-of-the-art poly plum under floor heating.
